One can never experience the true meaning of courage if one was not afraid and although most people might argue that death is what most people fear, however in point of fact it is facing oneself that most people fear.
Fear more often then not is motivated by irrationality and that is why courage acts as its counterpart, but those who find the courage, which requires great mental strength from determination to focus, and face their fears in a journey of self discovery, the end goal is a reward that is simply unimaginable. It is in the realisation that there was nothing to fear internally nor externally that we are released from free. It is through this realisation, which acts like a moment of epiphany allowing the person to experience such joy, inner peace and harmony within that radiates out to everything in ones universe.
Nothing this world may offer can ever equate the feeling of your own self empowerment and such an emotion is so uniquely sublime to ones own experience that it will ensure a deep rooted desire to experience it eternally.
