Refund / Cancellation Policy

Services

  • Private Training/All Yoga Lessons
    • If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 4 days ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the session up at a later date or with a different trainer. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
    • Any sessions missed with less than 4 days notification are forfeited.
    • We expect payment to be made in full no later then 5 working days in advance of booking the session, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session accordingly.
    • If no card/account information is present, no further sessions will be conducted until the outstanding payment is received.
      • Additionally, reserved time slots may be lost if payment is not made in a timely manner.
  • Registered For Retreats In Morocco
    • In order to reserve your place on one of our retreats, 50% of the total amount must be paid upon booking, and the remaining amount must be paid in full one month before the start of the Retreat.
    • If for any reason you would wish to cancel the retreat, then it must be done at least two (2) months before the start of the retreat and a refund of 20% will be returned from the 50% paid –AwakeConBal Ltd will retain 30% as a cancellation fee.
    • If for any reason you would wish to cancel the retreat anytime within two (2) months before the start of the retreat, you will forfeit the entire 50%.  If for any reason you must cancel within a month, you will be charged for the entire amount, your account/card will be charged for the full outstanding balance accordingly.
    • If you are unable to attend a retreat due to circumstances out of your control (determined on a case-by-case basis by our administration), we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date by at least 10 days. However we do charge a 30% cancellation fee.
    • If we are notified after your session begins, you will forfeit 40% of your full payment, which must be paid on the next available retreat we will reserve for you. This credit is nontransferable and accounts for only the sessions remaining in your program at the time you requested cancellation.
      • There is no cash refund.
      • There is no refund for merely changing your mind!
      • We are here to get you results and these results cannot be achieved if you fail to attend the retreat!
      • This is not negotiable.
  • Treatments
    • If your scheduling conflict is known in advance and we are notified at least 7 working days ahead of time, it MAY be possible to make the treatment for a later date. However, this cannot be guaranteed.
    • Any classes missed without cancellation within 7 working days notification, they are forfeited.
    • We expect payment to be made in full upon reservation, your account/card will be charged for the full amount of the session accordingly.
  • Perishable Goods
    • No refunds are available for completed transactions/subscriptions made the week prior to start of subscription
    • Please read purchase instructions carefully before completing a subscription for perishable orders
    • Once a subscription has been ordered it cannot be changed until the following week or the following subscription, as our perishable goods are ordered and prepared in advance, we therefore cannot refund/cancel/change an order once it has been placed through and paid for
    • Orders made the weekend before the start of the week on a Monday, will then be placed to be delivered for the following the week.
    • You may cancel, repeat or make a new order for the following week’s subscription at anytime from Monday –Friday
