Continued From Main Page…These corporation giants did not and do not force any consumers to eat their products, the choice is always left to the consumer.  However, the giants would entice and seduce their consumers through beautiful marketing and advertising campaigns that would work relentlessly to persuade you to eat and use their products.

As such it is imperative that you as the consumer become aware of all and everything that enters your body and do not take anybody’s word for it, especially not doctors.  Also let us not forget that doctors are not nutritionists or food experts and as such they themselves might not even be aware of the dangers of synthetic foods.

AwakeConBal Lifestyles absolutely warns against chicken, for studies in enlightened eating and body suggested that the fat found in the chicken, even when it is boiled still retain a high percentage of its fat, which then accumulates and builds up in the arteries, and this build up eventually blocks the arteries, causing heart disease.

To gain balance in ones daily life in our modern society is extremely hard, for it is no longer a community based caring society but rather each to their own, it is therefore left to the individual to learn, research and seek knowledge to become an awakened aware evolved being.

At AwakeConBal we aim to create a community service where knowledge can be shared with like-minded people who wish to be more informed, aware and evolved individuals part of a new responsible, free thinking and caring social support circle.

We urge our new community of awakened, confident individuals who constantly seek social and daily balance to begin a new era of evolved education and information with the new generations that will lead tomorrow, with our children.

The first step to a balanced society, balanced daily life and a balanced multidimensional selves is a balanced diet, which must be designed with the awareness of all the chemicals in the food that we daily ingest and the possible results of ingesting such food.  If a child is never introduced to such food, and only the healthier alternatives, then a child would not know any different.
There still is a section of our society that is very aware of all the dangers that plague modern social norms, applying the best protection for their children, which is keeping them well informed of such dangers.  These socially aware individuals work together as a community to give their children a supported social environment in order for them to grow strong and healthy.

As such AwakeConBal wishes to build a similar community in London inviting the modern aware and evolved parent to connect through our new Awakened Parent Workshop.

Refined Sugar

Be very aware of beautiful expensive sites, backed by government bodies that promote health and are specifically designed to give peace of mind in order for consumers to continue consuming the dangerous products that may very well keep the country’s economy and industry healthy at the determent of your own health and that of you family.  Here is a perfect example of such a site, clever and beautifully written to squash any doubt regarding processed sugars being highly addictive (specifically to children) and in being a major contributor to the growth of most terminal illnesses, specifically cancer.

Especially interesting is the repetitive sentence that the body burns all sugars the same way!  Except the failure to mention that natural sugars as found in vegetables and fruits contain fibre, which allows the body to slowly breakdown and burn natural sugars that the body needs, while digesting the sugar more efficiently without spiking the insulin sugar levels in your blood, which is the very cause of diabetes.

Note how the question is answered regarding processed sugar, if you keep to the recommended dose then one should not have a problem.  Perhaps as adults and for those of us that exercise a strong sense of daily discipline can keep track of sugar consumption in all our foods, guessing where appropriate which of the sugars can be deemed natural or not.  However children until as late as 10 years will not be able to show such restraints with sugar, which according to how much their brain and body burns on daily average, will induce them only to crave sugar that would be readily available to them without supervision and way above the recommended dosage that would keep them safe from contracting diabetes.
Especially if diabetes already runs in the family, which will render the child more likely to contract it quicker, therefore any site that recommends that one should eat sugar in moderation, only means it is a site advertising pro sugar to induce you to continue being a sugar consumer.   (Click On Image For Example Of The Latter Site)

With such advertisements that circulated for decades persuading mums to feed their children sugar, allowing for a few generations to evolve believing that sugar is not bad for you and safe for children, it would make the task of correcting such ideas for the new generations extremely hard, especially considering that everything we eat outside our homes probably includes sugar in one form or another.  While references to sugar in media and by society in general allows sugar to be readily accessible to our young growing children.   This in turn makes the job of extracting this harmful substance from the children’s food intake all the more difficult for aware parents.

Grain Problem!

In a course for enlightened body and mind where the history of food and how it affects the body was the focal point of the course, the PhD chiropractor and nutritionist highlighted in full that all grains should be avoided for optimum health and vitality.The problem lies with the grain itself being a new food source for humanity as a whole, but today with the farming and treatments of the grain, which makes them toxic (poisonous) to our bodies when ingested and more importantly these toxins remain longer in the body due to the grains taking anything from 3-6 months before completely leaving the bloodstream, as the compounds stick to the walls of our stomach, intestines and arteries until we ingest something that can wash or cleanse them away.  The digestion differs from person to person, but if one was on a daily diet of eating certain grains even once a day, then the accumulation of toxins and substances left over from the consumption of the grain will keep all unwanted toxins rotating in the bloodstream constantly.  It is best to avoid eating grains in a regular healthy diet, limiting oneself to eating some of the listed grains in the link below sparingly (the best six alternative grains).  It is always the individual’s choice, but always remember the side effects to any of the food that is not raw and organic.

Case Study:  Heart Patient Who Joined Our AwakeConBal Fitness Program


An example that makes one wonder, do the doctors really not know about the dangers of certain food, or are they pressured into keeping with the giant’s façade that processed food is good for you? 

The following story about a GP in the UK leaves one very wary of doctors in general (excluding specialised surgeons or doctors in hospitals at present).  A man in his sixties was told he had three of his four main arteries almost completely blocked with only one working at 50%, he was told by the doctor to eat chicken because it is good for the heart.

Yet studies clearly shows that a high percentage of the chicken fat accumulates and builds up in the arteries, and as it builds up it blocks the arteries.  So in fact the chicken then becomes the number one factor for the cause of heart disease.  
Even though our AwakeConBal lifestyle coach attempted to warn the man not to eat chicken for it is the primary cause of his heart problem, he laughed and announced that the doctor had told him to eat it, so who were we to advice him otherwise.  After his triple bypass he continued to eat chicken, but within a year all three newly operated on arteries were completely blocked again.  The doctors were baffled and as this man’s case was extremely rare, the doctors called the man back into the hospital to find out what went wrong with his arteries. 

The doctor suggested stress to be the cause, interestingly not paying any attention to his diet, which apparently was very healthy.  Although stress can be attributed as a primary factor in most health related cases, it certainly provokes ones mind to wonder how it managed to block three newly operated on arteries within less then a year?

The man’s condition worsened with time and no matter how hard our lifestyle coach advised against chicken specifically as the number one factor to his present condition, the man refused to take heed.  This lasted a further year, when his health became so bad that just moving in and out of the bed became a strain on his heart, as the arteries in both his legs were now also blocked –he felt like a dead man walking. 

Finally after an episode where he collapsed, he decided to start our AwakeConBal Wellbeing & Health program, which included a healthy food and juice plan that cancelled out all meats, grains, processed sugars and dairy.  Four months later, he feels like life has been breathed back into his body, his legs returned to normal, while today we continue cleansing the rest of his body from all the toxins and bad food, which had build up over decades of bad eating habits.
